The four beautiful en suite bedrooms offer sea views and are thoughtfully designed to provide maximum comfort and privacy. The spacious living and dining areas are inviting havens for relaxation and socialising. Sink into the comfortable sofas while enjoying our oversized TV and a high-end Bose sound system. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living area to the dining space, adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen, where culinary enthusiasts can indulge their passion for cooking. The kitchen also includes a dedicated coffee corner for your slow mornings. The villa is fully climatised with cold and hot air conditioning, and most windows have automatic shutters that can be opened individually or centrally for your comfort and privacy.

Step outside onto the expansive terrace lounge area, a true outdoor oasis overlooking the deep blue sea. To your side, a brand new outdoor dining area and kitchen, under a beautiful pergola, with a built-in sound system and a top-of-the-line American-style grill.

Take a relaxing dip in the heated infinity pool or outdoor shower while savouring the panoramic views. Or lounge on one of our decks in a sunbed or hammock while soaking up the sun. Explore the indigenous garden or lounge in our shaded reading nook.

The sofas in this room convert into two queen-sized beds, making it a bedroom as well.
